The service
Done & Done delivers a breakup message on your behalf by phone, text, or email. We communicate a decision. We do not provide therapy, legal advice, crisis intervention, or a guarantee about how the recipient will respond.
Your responsibilities
You must provide truthful information and have authority to request the message. Gifted requests still require authorization from the person who wants to end the relationship. You must not use the service to threaten, harass, stalk, blackmail, impersonate someone for fraud, or otherwise break the law.
Refusal
We may refuse, delay, or cancel a request that appears abusive, deceptive, unsafe, or outside the service.
Emergency Exit
Emergency Exit is an expedited delivery window. It is not emergency intervention. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or a qualified support organization.
Delivery windows
Clean Break targets delivery within 48 hours of a paid, reviewable request. Emergency Exit targets delivery within 24 hours. These are service windows, not guaranteed appointment times. If the recipient cannot be reached, we will retry during the window and contact you.
Payment
Submitting the intake form saves a request. It does not complete an order. Payment is processed by Stripe. The order enters the delivery queue after payment can be confirmed. Use the same email address at checkout so the request can be matched.
Cancellation and satisfaction
If you contact us before the message has been delivered, cancellation and refund are available. If you are unhappy with how a delivered conversation was handled, we will redo it at no charge. We cannot undo a message that has already been delivered.
