Done & Done is an independent product operated by Ryan Negri. This policy describes how intake and contact information is used. It is not legal advice.
What we collect
When you submit a request, we collect the information you provide: your name and email, optional phone number, recipient name and contact details, tone, message, optional context, gift details, and add-on interest. We also store a hashed IP address, a truncated user agent, timestamps, and optional campaign parameters.
How we use it
Intake information is used to deliver the requested message, confirm delivery, match payment to a request, prevent abuse, and contact you about the order. Contact-form submissions are used to reply to you.
Payments
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers. Until automatic payment matching is added, we ask you to use the same email address at checkout so a person can match payment to your request.
Transactional email may be processed by our email provider to send you a request receipt and to notify the operator of a new order. The full breakup message is included in the operator notification because it is required to perform the service. Customer receipts do not include the full message.
Retention
We retain request records as needed to complete delivery, handle cancellations or redos, prevent abuse, and keep a basic operational history. We do not sell this information.
Sensitive information
Breakup requests can include sensitive relationship details. We do not put message content, recipient contact information, or other personal details into analytics events or public URLs.
